To date, over 200 experts and consultants have been embedded through the program—driving meaningful outcomes and lasting growth. Behind the ExP brings these stories to life, offering a firsthand look at how this one-of-a-kind program is helping visionary companies scale and succeed.

Q: Why did Buildots join the Embedded Expert Program (ExP)?
Shachar Radin Shomrat: Following Intel Capital’s investment, we wanted to amplify the success story between Buildots and Intel, one of our major clients. Through the ExP program, Intel Capital provided clear guidance, structured feedback, and insider support that transformed what seemed like an impossible task into a powerful case study. Their involvement helped us articulate the value of our technology through high-impact content generation that resonated with the industry.
Q: What results did Buildots achieve from the program?
Shachar Radin Shomrat: While the case study itself became one of our most impactful marketing assets in the mission-critical sector—used across LinkedIn campaigns, event booths, and even translated into several languages—the impact of our collaboration with Intel Capital went far beyond a single case study. It also contributed to earned media coverage, including a TechCrunch feature, and opened doors to events like the Mission Critical Summit and joint trade show appearances.
Q: How was Buildots’ experience with Intel Capital?
Shachar Radin Shomrat: Our collaboration with Intel Capital evolved into a true partnership. They have been a proactive, thoughtful partner—offering ideas, making connections, and helping us navigate opportunities. Their support has been instrumental in validating our technology in the North American market and expanding our reach to the Mission Critical sector. The Intel Capital team also provided strategic advice on event content, speaker opportunities, and much more.
Q: How do you view working with the Intel Capital Embedded Expert Program in the future?
Shachar Radin Shomrat: We see immense potential ahead. In 2024, our focus was predominantly on performance-driven construction management at the project level. Through our collaboration with Intel Capital, we deepened our understanding of how data can drive portfolio-wide operational excellence in construction. This partnership has been instrumental in expanding our solution to the portfolio-wide level, and we are excited to introduce best practices for portfolio control shaped by these learnings.
As we continue developing our platform to portfolio- and company-wide solutions, Intel Capital’s network and ecosystem will be key to helping us scale, particularly as the mission-critical construction sector undergoes rapid growth. We look forward to deepening our collaboration to expand our presence in this high-growth market and to create joint opportunities across events, content, and strategic storytelling.
